Celebrate traditional Midsummer with us at Hasselbacken in Stockholm!
Between 12-16 on Midsummer's Eve, we invite you to dance around the midsummer pole, sing along and play. DJ Leo B plays nice music, and the restaurant serves a three-course menu with everything that belongs to Midsummer.

- Herring plate with three different herrings, small Västerbotten pie, new potatoes and bread basket
- Grilled veal ventrecôte with Hasselbacken butter, roasted new potatoes, garlic browned haricot
Verts, cocktail tomatoes and herbs - Strawberry pastry with fresh strawberries, pistachio & vanilla cream
