Our hotel rooms

Hasselbacken has two accessible Classic hotel rooms, which are best booked by contacting our reception.

- Adjustable beds for back and leg height in our two accessible hotel rooms.
- Alarm in bathroom, in our two accessible hotel rooms.
- Portable vibration alarm that is placed under the pillow and warns in case the fire alarm sounds. Please inform our staff at the reception if you wish to borrow the vibration alarm.

Allergy

- Fragrance-free soap and hair care available on request.
- Down-free duvets and pillows.

Food & drink

- Separate allergy station at the breakfast buffet. Lactose and gluten free options are available at the breakfast buffet.
- We do our best to accommodate our guests' needs. If you have a food allergy and wish to ensure that the hotel can offer food that suits you, we recommend that you contact us in advance via hov(at)hasselbacken.com

Find us

From the Hasselbacken portal on Djurgårdsvägen, it is only possible to reach us via stairs that have no ramp. Alternatively, the driveways on Hazeliusbacken can be used. If you are coming from the ferry or tram, Hazeliusbacken with its driveway next to Cirkus is the closest. There is a slope, and a short stretch consists of cobblestones.

By taxi or transportation service, pick-up and drop-off can be done directly adjacent to the entrance at Hazeliusbacken 20.

Public spaces, restaurant & garden

- Cane holders mounted on hotel reception desks.
- Accessible toilets in public areas.
- Elevators to hotel rooms with a minimum opening width of 800mm.
- Disabled parking - one in the outdoor parking lot and two in the garage located under the hotel (with elevator directly to the building). Please note that parking is subject to a charge even if you have a disabled parking permit.
- Spacious hotel entrances with sensor-controlled sliding doors.
- Handrails on at least one side of the stairs.
- Hasselbacken's restaurant welcomes guests with wheelchairs, walkers and mobility scooters. To ensure accessibility for all guests, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance of any needs so that we can provide a suitable table. Please note that some tables may have limited accessibility due to steps, but we will do our best to arrange a comfortable seat for you.
- The terrace of Hasselbacken is equipped with a ramp. Please note that the garden has a gravel surface to reach the terrace entrance.
- We are a dog-friendly hotel.
- The hotel is non-smoking.
