Hasselbacken offers delicious cuisine in a historical setting, perfect for dinner before a show at Cirkus. Here, we serve classic dishes with a modern touch. Delicious Hasselback potatoes are a permanent feature on our menu, created in 1953 by one of the restaurant’s trainee chefs. During weekends, you can also enjoy our popular brunch at Djurgården, in Stockholm.

Our new restaurant is both traditional and modern. Here we give classics a push in the right direction in one of Stockholm's most inviting restaurant premises on scenic Djurgården - with 200 years of partying and flair.

On Fridays and Saturdays, Stockholm's best DJ's plays music in the restaurant from 19.00 to midnight.

With a new à la carte menu inspired by the Hasselback potatoe, the unabashedly decadent and international classic, Hasselbacken is once again taking its place on Stockholm's brunch map. Saturday & Sunday 11:30–16:00.
