Hasselbacken's restaurant is deeply rooted in Swedish food history dating back to the 18th century. Between the 1940s and 1960s, Hasselbacken was home to a culinary school where the now world-famous Hasselbacken potatoes were created - a signature dish that you can always eat with us, and a symbol of the restaurant's dedication to tradition and innovation.

The kitchen closes at 9:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and at 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Last orders at the bar are taken 30 minutes before closing.
Lunch of the day
The restaurant serves lunch Monday to Friday from 11.30 to 15.00. The menu is updated every week with the week's special - if you want to make the choice more difficult, you can just as well choose from our à la carte!
Business lunch: Starter, dish of the day, brewed coffee and chocolate truffle for SEK 350 per person.
On weekends, you can of course order dishes from our à la carte menu!
Hotel breakfast
You do know that you don't have to be a hotel guest to enjoy our breakfast buffet, right? Get your day off to a good start with colorful juices, fresh bread and delicious spreads. Did someone say scrambled eggs?Bring your colleagues, friends or family and experience a really good morning with us!
Adults pay SEK 295, children up to 12 years pay only SEK 125.

7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Buffet breakfast is of course included if you stay at the hotel!

Take a seat in our elegant bar and soak up the atmosphere at the classic Hasselbacken. We serve creative cocktails, mocktails, select wines, and a variety of beers. The perfect way to end the day or set the mood for a delicious dinner.
